"Our room was very comfortable (especially the bed/mattress) and furnished to a good standard. Nice modern en suite facilities.
Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful and the location was adjacent to many bars and restaurants and only a 6-7 minute walk from the town centre.
Only downside was the expensive local car parking (£22.50 overnight - significantly more than we have experienced elsewhere) with no discount from the hotel"

It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. "A nice, bright (double aspect windows) apartment in a very quiet close, on the edge of Cambridge.
Clean and fairly well appointed (fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine, iron and board). No hairdryer as far as I can see. TV and Virgin box. Comfortable bed (I do hate poor mattresses) was a blessing.
I'm sure that before booking it claimed to have parking, because I declined several other properties because they had no parking. However in the confirmation they stated that parking...
