"It was everything we required for a one night stay , it provided kitchen facilities that enabled a meal to be cooked. It is very well situated and easy to find right next to the main motorway from Auckland however there were no eateries that we found close hence the meal cooking "

"The staff were helpful, kind and friendly. The hotel offers to store your luggage if your flight is alot later than check out time. This was very handy for us as our flight was later in the evening. The room was clean and comfortable. Small, but I knew that when booking. The lobby has a community room with tables and seating, a microwave, dishware, a coffee machine, a filtered water machine and vending machines."

"It was a pity that because I put two names in the booking that they did not realise that the rooms were a block booking so we weren't able to be next to each other but that might have been on us. the furniture needs a little upgrading. Table was uneven and wobbly and a bit chipped the curtains had a small burn hole in them. Also they have beds for three people and they give you tea and coffee for three but not milk enough for you to make three coffees. Very noisy I found this time. I have...

"Check in was a breeze, room clean and spacious. Bar and restaurant great, food was delicious Complimentary house drinks were a nice surprise at check in and used gratefully. Parking onsite was easily done via app. Although a short stay it was a good one"

"Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling...
