Room it self had a leaking sink, hair uncleaned in bed, very noisy because lack of sound proof measures. Had to go up and down stairs to dine or to go out. Shower pressure was good, staff were friendly and trying to help."

It was absolutely freezing, the weather wasn’t that great obviously not there fault but they had no heat in the room, they did have a little space heater in the room but wasn’t very powerful, The bathroom was very small, I stayed with my dad and requested two beds.
