"Had a lovely stay at the property but there were a few annoying points. Leading up to the stay I tried to contact them via Expedia and email to request ground floor access but got no response! Parking spaces are very tight, even with a reasonably small car, very difficult getting in and out, almost impossible with a baby. "A very popular hotel for sure with spacious rooms, great Wifi, and a lovely pool, jacuzzi, sun lounger area. The reception and staff were excellent and this hotel deserves its high review rating. Plenty of secure parking which is a must for me. There is a restaurant on site for continental breakfast and main meals but we did not use so not able to rate. The location means transport is required but it should be mentioned there are excellent cycle paths adjacent to the road. "
