Nice clean motel centrally located for the Cabot Trail and Sydney, NS. The staff were very friendly and helpful! An older motel but well cared for by Gertie and the staff.

This was our second time staying there. The new owner is amazing, super friendly and very pleasant! Room was nice and clean and the bed was comfy too!! Highly recommend a stay here during your Cape Breton visit!

There was no place to eat, for dinner or breakfast. We drove to Sydney to get breakfast! The beds were comfortable, the linens were new looking and the towels and facecloths were nice and thick? Over all it’s a nice place with a view of the mountains.

We booked ahead of time for our trip from Ontario. This was a great location to start our drive on the Cabot Trail. Clean room, friendly staff and next to a nice casual restaurant. Great view too!!
