Hole in bathroom door which had been badly patched, window in bathroom which would not open/close, deck floor outside of room was dirty and leaning. It was advertised as having smart tvs and I selected it over cheaper places because of this but they do not actually have the remotes for the smart tv , just for the regular tv function.
