"Call ahead to make sure the hot water (our first stay) or the elevator were working (this stay). Outside of that the room was really nice, except the LVP flooring could've been cleaner. My feet were slightly dirty when I was ready to go to bed.
It is obvious they are trying to get this property up to the next level, and hopefully the next time we stop in town they'll have these issues resolved."
"I made a mistake in booking, the hotel was booked and we sort of panicked. The young man at the front desk was absolutely awesome and hooked us up with rollout beds that totally saved us! He was the absolute nicest person and he totally saved us!"
"What an unforgettable end to our vacation in Yellowstone.
The property was clean, so pleasant, full of things to do. The food on the property was delicious so we didn't feel regretful of not having the ability of options. The BIGGEST thing that made this property awesome was the staff. I didn't meet one person working there that wasn't a pleasure to speak to. So friendly and full of smiles. The most EPIC thing about this place was the night sky. It was SO beautiful. We just laid on the ground and watched the stars in the sky."
"The air conditioning worked well. Definitely a pet friendly place but requires a security deposit. It is an older motel with private entry doors for each room. It is fairly well maintained. The price is expensive for the quality of the room, it is small, but, it is only one hour away from the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The people running the place are very friendly and helpful. The ice machine is very small and was totally empty when we went to get some. I would stay there again."
