"No hot water for entire stay which was a disaster. I asked for compensation by email to the hotel. Two weeks later and they have not replied. Disgraceful customer service by hotel management. I must say it is not the fault of the people who work at the hotel. They were helpful as they could be. No hot water for an entire stay at a motorway type Hotel where you want to sleep and get clean is a disaster for this type of hotel . "Fantastic traditional hotel with a nice homely feel to it. Spacious room, very comfy large bed with nice quality linen."

"This is our second stay at this hotel. The reception staff, bar staff, kitchen staff and cleaners are all so friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is good with decent choice. We enjoy the pool the most, a little paddling section for our little one. The beach and local town is just a bike ride with lots of cycle paths which makes it fun and safe. There is a large playground half way down toward the beach which we discovered this time. We will come back again!"

"A wonderful hotel that is very well situated right on the seafront so the views are spectacular! Parking is a little worrying as the car park is small and tight, so larger vehicles must beware and also, very few disabled spots. The staff on reception are very friendly with good English, which helped us to not murder their beautiful language! Very attentive and certainly proactive to all requests. They were even able to offer us several UK/EU adaptors and had a box full of cables to charge...
