" The Hotel El Arz's management does not deserve 1/5. We arrived at the hotel late. We asked for the room that we reserved and paid for through hotels.com. Hotels.com tried to contact the hotel's manager (Mme Maouche) twice. She cut them off and did not want to answer the calls.
