"Personnel très gentil. La chambre est standard. L'espace détente avec le bain nordique est top ! Petit coup de coeur pour le repas du soir. Les menus sont toujours élaborés et très bons. Cela fait du bien après une journée de ski !"

"On the ski slopes, with grocery shop and ski hire shops opposite the hotel. Restaurant great. Rooms spacious and clean, suite had good kitchen area. The gondola is a 2 minute walk away and it runs free day and night to access the centre of town, bars and restaurants."

"Hotel sky-in, aky-out, bem localizado. O atendimento de balcão acontece apenas algumas horas do dia ( tomar cuidado, pois quando chegar a recepção pode estar fechada ). Devido a política de sustentabilidade o hotel não limpa os quartos diariamente, muito menos tem troca de toalhas diariamente. Durante minha estadia de 5 dias, não houve troca de toalhas. "Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like: Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! If you're going to charge for 3 people (2 adults and one young teen) in a room, then make it policy to give out 3 keys. Not...
