Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated

Sehr netter Empfang. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer passen gut zu einen Skiweekend oder einer Übernachtung bei der Durchreise. Das Zimmer war sauber. Frühstück hat gepasst, auch wenn es nicht die volle Auswahl hatte (keine Rühreier mit gekochtem Speck). Über alles gesehen war ich zufrieden mit der Preis/Leistung.

Magnifique séjour

Un séjour magnifique. Une équipe à l'écoute et très serviable. Un chef en cuisine qui nous a régalé les papilles. L'hôtel est situé sur les pistes et l'infrastructure est au top. Encore merci à Julie et son équipe pour cet accueil.Une chose est sûre, nous y reviendrons!

SUPER séjour, hôtel DESIGN, prestations TOP

Ne cherchez plus : FONCEZ ! Tout d'abord un grand MERCI à l'équipe qui fait tout pour que votre séjour se déroule à merveille. L'hôtel est sur les pistes, et malgré l'absence de neige liée à la saison il suffit de parcourir 50 mètres à pied pour rejoindre la piste du Transarc. Nous étions en chambre double avec une vue à couper le souffle. Elles sont grandes et parfaitement équipées (rangements/ literie de qualité / télé / wifi gratuit / casier à ski en face). Nous étions en formule demi pension : BLUFFANTE! Le petit déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet composé exclusivement de produits faits maison. Le dîner est proposé sous forme de menu (entrée /plat / dessert) La qualité des plats proposés est exceptionnelle. BRAVO au chef! Merci encore à DAMIEN, responsable restauration qui fait tout pour satisfaire nos demandes. Il a proposé chaque fois des plats adaptés à nos 2 ados. Au delà de ça, son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse nous ont particulièrement touchés. Concernant les services de l'hôtel, une fois de plus rien à redire, sauf un grand merci à JULIE, directrice de l'hôtel qui,au four et au moulin, est toujours disponible. L’hôtel étant au calme (ce qui fait son charme)est un peu excentré (5 min du centre). Vous l'aurez compris nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel qui brille autant par ses prestations que par la gentillesse de l'équipe en place. Un voeux : revenir vite!!!

mitigé.ne merite pas actuellement ses 4 étoiles.beaucoup de finitions sont à faire,pas de wifi dans certaines chambres car boitier non installé,porte de douche absente dans la première chambre, glace de la salle de bain trop haute et dans la deuxième aeration qui fait beaucoup de bruit, obligé de mettre une serviette de toilettes dans la bouche aeration pour pouvoir .dormir.Côté positif: personnel gentil et bon cuisinier.
