"A great base for ski- in and out with friendly staff and good food. Only negative was the dining arrangements which might be helped by allocating room numbers to tables as experienced in other hotels, and to have 2 set sittings to regulate and accommodate groups and the noise!"

"The pool and Jacuzzi were only lukewarm which spoilt the experience. Breakfast only served until 10am but items were running out before then and not being replenished. No croissants, Crepes and bacon at 9.45 and the coffee machines not replenished. Some rooms on the resort side experience loud noise when the snow ploughs/conditioners pass during the night. overall an excellent 5* hotel though next to the free gondolas to 1950. "

"Not as good as last year in a few areas. Stayed 14 nights but housekeeping was sporadic. Room/toilet never cleaned. No clean mugs provided. Radiator hanging off the wall. Reception staff were very helpful but a couple of the bar staff were quite rude. Every night. Still no vegetarian dishes- only salad, pasta, pizza (some evenings) and vegetables. Tables aren’t cleaned between diners. Wouldn’t recommend and will only stay again if it’s the choice of other people in my skiing group. "

"Fantastic place, really friendly staff, excellent room with nice shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend this place. Quick to the train station, only a few minutes away and not far from the funicular (which, if you're skiing runs before the ski lifts so from the hotel you can still get first lifts onto your mountain). Bourg is a lovely place."

"The appeal of this hotel is the location (Ski-in/out) and the price. Half board with wine and a premium ski-pass included for the same price as self-catering in Arc 1950. We visit Les Arcs for the skiing, so the single beds and tired rooms are perfectly acceptable. The food is varied and of good standard for the money. At breakfast, there are queues for the coffee machines, and they often run out of mugs or bowls, but this depends on the time and demand - It's really not a big issue. Don't go here if you expect a luxury experience - There's a five star hotel nearby if you want that, but it will be double the price and more, and the slopes are the same for everyone."
