"The hotel is in a very convenient location near Le Mans. In August 2026 there were building works going on on the site. The staff on reception were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was self service but a good range of foods and drinks on offer; the freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious. Be aware that the restaurant is not open on a Sunday evening; we unfortunately were not aware of this in advance! Our room was on the ground floor, spacious enough and very clean. As we were travelling with our dog, this was perfect. There is a small local park nearby which was also very useful."

Also, the lock of the door was really hard to use. I couldn’t do it at all, but my husband managed to after fiddling with it for a couple of minutes. Also, it would be helpful to have instructions for how to use the sleeper sofa. It took us more than half an hour to figure it out."

"Gorgeous little hotel where nothing is too much of a problem and they are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The grounds are lovely with a river/stream flowing through at the bottom. We felt immediately relaxed after a long car journey. The only regret was not being able to enjoy the fine dining restaurant, as we were travelling with our dog. The bistro also in the hotel, however, where we could have our pet had some very good food. Look forward to a third return."
