"Friendly and helpful staff beyond what I normally encounter.
Breakfast was nice, good variety of both healthy and more traditional hotel breakfast. My kids were a little disappointed with the lack of pancakes (no replenishment)
Pool area is great, and the view from the room overlooking Kiel fjords are impressive
We will definitely come back for a third stay"

Bad food in the only restaurant that was open (during off season things are low, and we had to drive 15 km to another city to find a decent restaurant).
