Ignore the dated exteriors, inside is fairly modern and is a perfectly comfortable hotel in a convenient location.

Poor condition

We stay regularly in Novotel’s in France for overnight stop off’s. This Novotel is very dated, our room was in serious need of updating. The general decor and paintwork very poor and the bed base very noisy! The staff service and restaurant was excellent

Hotel is in a business park but does have a few restaurants around. Hotel is very tired and dated but it’s clean and the staff are lovely!

Hotel selected for pool and laundry facilities. After a slow check in, we found out that there were no laundry facilities and the pool was incredibly cold.

We have stayed at this Novotel many times before, sadly it’s now looking very tired and definitely needs modernising/updating. Staff always very helpful and efficient but during this stay they were definitely under staffed. Probably won’t stay here again until the premises gets some attention

Very good but a couple of niggles

Really pleased with room and friendly receptionist on check in. Separate toilet was handy but needs updating and shower had a curtain which kept sticking to us when we showered. Only problem was the room was so hot, even with temperature turned as low it would get. Would return.

Check in was ok, unfortunately i could not switch to another Novotel hotel because i booked through Expedia. Almost al personal were very nice, even the cleaning lady. The breakfast lady on the other hand was very rude in telling us that we couldn't have our breakfast anymore. We were misinformed the day before about the breakfast time. But that was ok. But the way it was told was very impolite and rude.

On nous a placé dans un couloir où la moitié des chambres étaient en cours de rénovation tout comme l'ensemble de l'hôtel qui est resté dans son jus depuis sa création. Il faudrait qu'il rénove et ensuite qu'il commercialise à nouveau une fois fini...

Prima hotel, goed restaurant en vriendelijk personeel. Locatie is zoals bij de meeste Novotel’s wat minder zoals op industrieterrein of commercieel terrein maar daardoor een prima hotel als je onderweg bent.

Hôtel fonctionnel mais doit être rénovée

Trés bonne acceuil , personnel gentil. Au calme . Grande chambre propre . Bonne literie. Il faudrait rénover chambre et hôtel . Exemple tâche sur tapis usé . Carreau dans WC cassé. Baignoire en plastique ou composite . Ça ne vaut pas le prix et c'est pas digne d'un Novotel.

Il n y a que la literie qui releve le niveau... Accueil bâclé. Nous avions pris l hotel pour le bar et le restaurant et au final tout est fermé. Aucune informations au moment de prendre le sejour. Il n y a vraiment que la literie qui releve le niveau car niveau propreté des sols il faudra repasser et on a du changer de chambre a l arrache car il y avait une enorme fuite au lavabo.

Tyvärr var restaurangen stängd vilket inte framgick vid bokningen. Det framgick inte heller när man scannade QR-koden, som var den enda tillgängliga information som fanns på rummet. Det var inte heller möjligt att handla något från baren den kvällen. En lampa saknades i sängarmaturen vid en av sängarna, vilket vi upptänkte sent när det var dags att läsa. Men frukosten var god. och det gick att hitta en annan restaurang inom gångavstånd.
