"I have never requested room change out of hundreds of time I stayed at hotels but at this property I had to do it twice. I checked in around 9pm and as soon as I entered the room it smelt like sewer. I went back immediately to the reception and they changed my room. I went to the new room and the air conditioner was broken. I called the staff to the room and they acknowledged it is broken and gave me a new room again. At no point the staff apologized.
