"Staff were extremely friendly, they even sent a btl of wine to the cabin as a birthday gift...So kind of them... The cabin was very clean...Only reason i gave it an overall 3 stars was because the cabin had an old musty odour i'm assuming dutch is because of the age of the cabins... As well, it's a little bit of a tourist trap, lots of buses and people pulling in to walk the Canyon and I do prefer privacy versus lots of tourists..Hence the 3 stars, but overall rooms were clean. Shower was hot....

"Lodge is located in a beautiful location on Emerald Lake. Staff is very good and on site restaurant was highly quality. Now for the downside: it’s remote and guests must take shuttle from parking to lodge. The “cabin” was clean but in a 4-unit shared older building with very thin walls between rooms. There are no services (TV, wi-fi, or cell) except in main lodge. The only food service is from the lodge as nearest town (Fields) is 6 miles and has no restaurants. So, if you are looking to...

"Very well maintained grounds and room was clean. There was no TV and limited WiFi/cell service. Small general store offered quick grab and go food, but no on site full service restaurant. Easy drive to Lake Louise park & ride shuttle."

"Real mixed bag - mattresses very soft, especially sofabed (which, when deployed, impossible to fit two beds, table, chair without blocking access to the door which felt a bit of a fire hazard). Shower curtain rail reattached multiple times, glue-discs from earlier versions still on wall, now so low that curtain draped across floor of the tub - trip hazard. Food good to great, buffet excellent value, but resto management worst I've seen in decades - of 3 restos claimed, only 1 open. Table setup...
