We were there for 5 days and had sausage everyday, would have liked to see bacon. Pool was clean but very warm, almost felt heated which is not good in the heat of Florida summer."

"This was our second time staying at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Fort Myers Southeast, and the quality is still A+. It was just as great as we remembered. "My house was under renovation needed one night at a hotel. This hotel meet my expectations was a in good area by restaurants and a main rd. The rooms was clean I didn’t check out the breakfast as I had to meet my contractor early morning. If I ever had to stay in my hometown I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. For out of town guest it’s not far from RSW and has more around it then a hotel right next to the airport in my opinion."

"En route to the hotel, we received an email (not a phone call) that they could not accommodate our room. We were offered a king bed with a blow up mattress for 3 adults. I called the hotel and they did express their apologies but nothing else. No assistance to get another room (until I asked at towards the end of our call). We have stayed at this property many times and we do not plan to return. There was a lack of empathy or even how they could help us find another place to stay for the...
