"Our handicap accessible room was perfect for our needs. The room was spacious enough for my husband to move around in his wheelchair. The bathroom was also very spacious and worked well for him. The staff was very friendly. Cindy was the clerk who checked us in and I spoke with her a couple of times as we were coming in or going out."
"This hotel was built within an historic structure. The rooms are generous in size, and beautifully appointed. They are arranged around a four-story courtyard with a lounge on the ground floor. The first time we stayed, we were greeted by a jazz duo playing in the bar off the lobby—wonderfully calming music after a hectic day of travel and auto breakdown. An item I left behind was found and put aside for me for our return visit—great customer service!! "
"The Drury was wonderful for our family while on vacation! The evening reception was a perfect way to relax at the end of the day. The staff was all very friendly and helpful as well! "Another extraordinary stay at the Ambassador Hotel Wichita. We come for business several times a year. We use to pick a new hotel each time, BUT....we are now completely spoiled for the Ambassador! Great people in all positions, the restaurant is really good, and the rooms are simply the best!! We usually request a corner room..just a little more fun and light and energy from downtown!
