"Room seemed nice enough when we entered. However when it came to the main purpose for getting a hotel room--getting a restful sleep after a hard day of travel--this place completely fails. First we chose this hotel partly for the on-site restaurant and bar, but the restaurant closed at 9, and the bar closed at 10, so we had to go somewhere else. Useless. The worst though is the sleep experience, or rather the experience of not sleeping. First, their cheap shower soap gave my wife a rash....

"Late check in with a mix up of not finding my name, then someone had checked in my reservation and paid, but after checking my credit card, I was charged. It seemed to be a refurbished hotel with okay rooms. The couch in my room had a torn hole that was noticeable. Did not get a chance to try their breakfast buffet, or the pool. Overall, okay rate."

"Checked in, the staff had changed my room. Which was totally fine at first. I was sleeping when a maintenance worker banged on my door and startled me and my girlfriend. He kept on asking me to come to the door. I told him we were assigned to the room and he said that there may have been a problem with the lock. We had to go back to the desk (begrudgingly) and update the room. The staff was professional, particularly Mr. Gray (he was fantastic). The whole situation was just really inconvenient....

"What a great place to say. The trees and landscaping are beautiful and so welcoming. The Seth was friendly and so accommodating. We have family that needed to change clothes in our room and there was plenty of space and room for everyone to sit down. We come to Boise to see Family and this will be where we stay from now on. "

"The staff could use some training on customer service and politeness. Room was expensive for clean but outdated rooms. Melted ice in freezer, lamp by bed not working. Mattresses well used. There were several large parties of students that were loud and understandably not the hotels fault. The breakfast was tasty and the morning lady in the kitchen was crass but very clean and knowledgeable."
