"The propert and rooms are really nice. I would stay again. The reason I gave it a lower rating were for the following reasons: 1. Often front desk staff was not to be found. Actually, I would see them in back office just talking. Front desk should always be up front. And that was the problem with number 2: Breakfast, a large, multiple family members with lots of kids. "I enjoyed my stay, It was a convenient hotel while I was traveling for a job interview. The staff was very pleasant. While I didn't use the pool or hot tub area, it appeared clean and well kept. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. My only complaints was it was impossible to use the electrical outlets next to the bed because they are too close to the wall, and the motion sensor lights in the bathroom are a rude awakening in the middle of the night, and they could not be shut off."

"Our room had used products in the shower from the previous guests, black rings in the corners of the shower that the cleaning guy said was just normal. When we got there 2 hours after our check in time this is what we walked into. When asking for another room and expressing our concerns I was told if I didn’t like it I could leave. "I feel like this hotel is very overrated on Expedia. It felt average in most aspects. Our room was on the first floor by the side entrances... We heard slams each and every time someone went through that door, it was annoying to say the least. Staff was kind and place was clean, but it didn't feel like a 9/10 experience. Bed was meh, pillows were awful, and the noise from outside my room was unbearable. This hotel is overrated to say the least."

The bed was comfortable, lots of nice pillows too.The only issue, the shower head head had a crack in it and some of the decore needed to be fixed up especially around the tv. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to a friend. It is convenient to many Hershey attractions. "

"It was clean and parking was easy but they have rules I did not have a heads-up about. “No locals” can stay only “out of towners” 32 miles away or more. I just made the cut. That was weird "
