They gave me a room for the “handicapped.” The bathroom was the worst. The floor got wet and when I wiped it up with a towel it became brown with dirt. The shower head was on a hose attached to a pole. The shower head had to be hand held.
The morning was very loud with bangs and pounding as people worked on the out of order elevator. Also, children yelling, loud talking and the elevator dinging next to the elevator which was right outside my door.
The staff was tolerant but condescending towards me as a senior customer.
