"The hotel is old and unkempt. Our room had plaster patches on the ceiling, the bathroom was dingy and overall, it was extremely dated. The buttons on the phone for the front desk didn’t work and we lost wifi signal 3 days into our week-long stay. The front desk said they’d reboot the router but 2 days later; nothing. At this point, we didn’t want to repack and move to another room so we’d go to the lobby to get signal. We were subsequently comped on our check-out bill. I would say buyer beware. I read the reviews before I booked but I had no idea that the rooms would look so run down. The towels were thin and the amenities lacking. The hotel site raves about a massage shower head but the water pressure wouldn’t allow that feature to operate effectively. They claim “bright bathrooms” but it’s a bright light bulb that makes it that way. We were attending a wedding and needed to use the in-room iron. It leaked water all over my dress as I attempted to iron it. The A/C sounded like a freight train all night and the large dehumidifier in the room also chimed in to make it very loud to try and sleep. There were many work vehicles that parked sideways in the parking lot subsequently taking 3-4 spots at a time. It made finding a parking spot extremely difficult, especially at night. The registration people and housekeepers were helpful and accommodating, though. "

"Rooms unclean with a musty moldy smell. I had to ask for room change due to crawling roaches on the bed which I recorded on video and uploaded to the manager. The new room totally uncleaned with moldy smell, stained carpet and toilet seat with blood stains that l ended up cleaning myself so l could use it."

"Was a very nice trip for our family of 3. The pool area was great, partial ocean view was even better than we thought. Loved having the balcony for morning sunrises. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Smooth check in and check out. The room itself was good but the bathroom could’ve used some updating- didn’t fit the vibe of the rest of the place. Plenty to do without leaving the resort- pool, beach, coffee shop, entertainment. We’d come back!"
