"Very charming property, clean and with nice view"

"Carpet old worn and did not appear clean. Curtains worn. Sink faucet dripped. Worse thing was that the fire alarm in the room kept going off we tried to sleep. But it too late for them to do anything about. Do we had to transfer to another room without a balcony which is fine because we were getting up at 4AM for a flight. Needless to say we got little sleep. No compensation was offered. The housekeeping staff were great. The rooms are large. Ours had a decent view of the landscape. The sunset...

"Immediate time share push the second you check in. Even before getting to your room. They want you to buy it before you even see it! They hold all travel related pamphlets behind the desk of the sales people! Immediate turn off!! I will never return simply because of this."

"The outdoor deck/bar was great! Didn't have time to enjoy the hot tub or fire pit but they looked wonderful! Also enjoyed that the property was away from all the hustle and bustle of the main part of town. The shuttle to trails was right across the street and many trailheads were within driving distance. Would definitely stay here again!"

But then they will try and get you to go to a presentation sales pitch at a separate location. Kind of shady if you...

"This is such an amazing place to stay at! It felt like a cute and cozy apartment!"

"Not really a breakfast to speak of, but location was outstanding."

While they constantly asked “is there anything we can do?” It seemed like our simple asks were very difficult for them. My wife wanted hot water for tea. They of course suggested using the in room coffee maker. But that left the water tasting like coffee. So she called the concierge, and asked for hot water, honey and Splenda. A porter came with honey...
