"Checked in and was denied a second room key card because “We don’t have enough.” Sink in bathroom was cracked through and heavily stained. Tub was stained and 3 out of 4 safety treads were missing. The remaining one was peeling up. The floors in our room were so thin that you could hear me (100 pounds) ..."
