"The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot."

"Absolutely terrible experience. Our Father’s Day weekend was completely ruined. Upon checking in, we immediately noticed the AC in our room wasn’t working. After reporting the issue, we waited over four hours before being provided with a portable AC unit. Unfortunately, the unit was incredibly loud, making it nearly impossible to sleep. "Company owns several properties . Only one employee to answer phones for the whole system Could never reach anybody all day by calling Room wasn’t ready as promised , keys don’t work, had to wait 30 min for worker to bring new keys Not a private beach , as described . No nearby umbrellas or chairs. Desk person seems uncaring . Would not return . Perhaps it’s their “ lower end “ property so nobody cares about customer ."

"I wish there had been an easy place to store our luggage on the property after we had to check out. We had to leave our luggage at the pool area, hide it behind pool chairs and cover with a towel hoping nobody would steal it while we explored our last day. Fortunately, it remained safe."

"I loved the location, the amenities, and the entire room. Immediately walking into the resort, I felt like I was at home. The room had everything we needed, from beach towels to beach chairs and umbrellas, even a coffee maker and refrigerator. The tub and shower were phenomenal. The location is walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants and desert options. The beach is mere yards away."

"Great location, great staff! Walk out your room to the beach! Two lounge chairs and an umbrella right off the deck. Ocean is maybe 15 yards away. Only down side is no microwave. Publix is close and the fridge was perfect size for storing snacks and drinks."
