"The room was clean and as expected at a Holiday Inn quite comfortable enough, but what stood out on my first visit to this branch was the exceptionally welcoming and and helpful staff together with the unusually good food provided in the dining room."

"The lift was out of action and it would seem that it had been for some time. Whilst I have no problem using the stairs (as I prefer the exercise) this would have caused a major problem for some of my friends whom normally would have stayed as well. Also, no mention of this was made when booking."

"It was alot nice but hygiene in areas needs a deep clean under chopping board was smelly brown water/ meat blood i think it was, kitchen sides dirty also missing fire alarm, and to gain access was not easy took several phone calls "
