Super friendly, nice and supportive staff all around the resort, so I can only mention a couple of names, "Sirja" at management & "Roshan" at Devarana wellness centre who also guided us patiently to trekking to Namobuddha as well. "Gaia has very clean and comfortable modern rooms, a great staff and restaurant, and amazing views. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I ended up staying there for two weeks in the winter of 2022. During that time, I ate every meal from the restaurant, and amazingly, never got bored. Both the selection and quality were top-notch.

"We stayed here for 4 nights in April 2023.The room was nice and spacious with a lovely big comfy bed and mini fridge in the cupboard. We had a problem with our hot water for a couple of nights but this was fixed after mentioning to reception. The setting of the hotel is nice with immaculate gardens but A LOT of steps to get anywhere. Our room was about halfway to the restaurant and was 116 steps down from reception!
