"They must have recently remodeled we were on the first floor in a Brewer was like brand new very nice bathroom very nice room with two queen beds very comfortable sleeping lots of pillows pools nice and warm pretty decent breakfast. Staff very friendly, which stay there again."

"The hotel in itself was good, the staff was AMAZING, but what brought my rating down is the area of town it is in and the prostitution running out of the parking lot. I had two women approach me (a woman) at 4am while I was getting ready to leave the hotel to finish my road trip home asking me if I would like their services. No thank you. Again, the hotel was nice but the area and surroundings were TERRIBLE."

"TL:DR, The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I paid Expedia extra for a room that wasn’t available, and the staff accommodated as much as they were able and was very friendly. I very much appreciated that. I wanted to stay here because I’ve driven by it literally hundreds of times and the atrium chandelier always looks so nice from the freeway. Inside, the rest of the hotel is also nice, just old. The carpeted floor is just slightly sticky in the way that most South Louisiana hotels are....

"The air condition was set on low and could not change it higher. We put our baseball fans on so it was good. The room and pool were clean so we did not complain. The breakfast could have had fruit, eggs and waffle machine like most free breakfast has. and no elevators> That did not bother us. However, some need elevators and carts to stay longer. We only stayed one day night."

"i didn't like anything about the property the moment I got there I was very disappointed the shower had mold in it the bed at mice/ rat droppings I had to go to the store and get stuff to clean the shower before taking one I was so disappointed I checked out the day before and went to another hotel went to talk to the manager about the situation he was VERY! ugly and said he hears this all the time and was told that I would contact carpet he said go ahead I wood never recommend this hotel to...

"This was a decent option. Not the worst, not the best. The upkeep of the hotel could use some improvement. We were on the 2nd floor, and there was an old, stale smell to the property. Also, the floor AC units could use an upgrade. The breakfast was just ok. Other than that, the room was clean overall. Also, no smart TV in the room, so no way to watch Netflix, just cable TV."

"No cold water in the bathroom sink 1st night. Thought breakfast was included. Apparently was not. It was about $15. Ridiculous. Overused lumpy pillows. Ripped curtains. Not impressed."

"The staff over the phone was very helpful but when my daughter checked in late at night and didn’t feel safe at all. She ended up driving away and going to another hotel. Most of the property was closed down, windows had wood boards on the windows. Not family friendly at all."

"Your stay would very much worth it"

"Staff upon arrival was not the friendliest, was more worried about being on her cell phone rather than helping guests. Hot tub was not "hot". Overall we love the hotel, not our first visit & not our last."

"Great customer service, unfortunately there’s a smell of old, I found a cockroach in the bathroom, although I didn’t find any bed bugs I was scratching myself here and there, there were stain on the floor. Overall the place needs an improvement on cleanliness and get rid of that smell."
