"When we checked in I asked the associate where is a good place to eat. She said any where is but no recommendations. Very disappointing for sure. Then my sister went for a walk and went to come back to out room. She went to the wrong room and her room card worked on this other guests room. That is totally unacceptable."

"Website makes the hotel look a lot nicer than the hotel actually is. The beds are pretty much on the floor. Pool was closed until 5pm first day we got there with no warning. They sent us a txt when we first checked in and the txt said if we needed anything, to respond to the txt. I did, and never got a response back. The furniture outside our room didnt have any padding. Just wicker furniture that was covered in bird poop. Didn't seem very well maintained. Had to put a towel down on the chairs....

"The room was clean and quiet which are the most important things. Surprised there wasn't an elevator, not that I needed it. Also, while this place still has in-room coffee (thank god) all they had was decaf, which made it useless. But all in all a decent stay."

"We had a cabin at the top and it was great. Everything is right there while also giving you your space."
