It's FIFA so I tried to call another hotel but super busy everywhere and then as I'm on the phone the front desk called and said they had a no show so now had a room 😳 I use Expedia all the time so I'll let Expedia know to be careful letting peoples like book this property."

"I’ve paid for parking on top of that being taken out of my deposit as no one communicated that’s how parking is covered. The gates entrance and exit is not well connected through the cards which had us waiting late at night and our last day at the gates, as the people at the property tried figuring it out.
The people there are quite friendly and helpful as they provide a nice atmosphere, I just wish they were as transparent with information that newcomers wouldn’t know. For instance, it reads...

"The breakfast space is pretty tight and they ran out of some of the hot foods, so we had to wait a bit until they made more. Also, there wasn't any coffee creamer. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was pretty tight though. Overall, a good place to stay."

"We booked through expedia and when we arrived at the hotel there was a long line waiting to check in. We ended up finding out that the hotel overbooked and canceled everyone's reservation that booked through a third party. It was very late and many people were left stranded with no help from the staff. Very very poor service."

Watch your step if you approach the entrance of the hotel from the street as it is dark and certain curbs are not properly marked to alert you where they begin and end. I sustained a serious foot and knee injury stepping off one these unmarked curbs."
