"Their have a kiosk and bought a salada because it was late at night and tired when I arrived to the hotel.
I bought a turkey salada and took it my room. However, it tasted funny and could not finish it.
The following morning I noticed that the label said it expired 5 days earlier.
As a consumer, I probably have to check the label but it is not that kiosk had too many items to keep maintain and there were only two salada. They should have keeping track of freshness of their food.

"I’ve paid for parking on top of that being taken out of my deposit as no one communicated that’s how parking is covered. The gates entrance and exit is not well connected through the cards which had us waiting late at night and our last day at the gates, as the people at the property tried figuring it out.

"When we checked in, the room was not clean (food on tables and chairs, bathroom shower floor was dirty as well.
Asked to be moved to a different room, which the staff happily gave us. However the pipes were leaking under the bathroom sink which created a huge puddle on the floor. We were unable to move to a different room. Instead we had to wait for an engineer to come fix the pipes."
