"The help and support that Silvie gave us due to our traffic accident the day before was beyond anything we might have hoped for. From arranging us access to the hotel after hours to contacting Europcar and working with them to find a location to pick up a replacement car to scheduling a taxi for us to get to Bergerac to get the car. Silvie was incredibly supportive as if that we were her only job for that day. We were treated not as clients but as valued guests at your lovely hotel. "Very close to the train station and good enough for a one night stay. Rooms were clean but the hallway carpets were disgusting and need to be replaced. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was great."
