This hotel feels like it’s abandoned. The windows block no sounds at all, you could literally hear everything going on outside. The towels were clean but had STAINS on them. Absolutely disgusting. They also don’t clean the rooms everyday

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I find it impossible that people are rating this any higher than 1 star. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable (springs poking through), and they give you one very flat pillow. I actually had to roll my clothes up to use as a pillow. My travel partner and I started joking that it closely resembles a prison. Someone else in the reviews said it looked abandoned, but I think it looks like a set from a Zombie apocalypse movie. The curtains don't cover the windows, and the internet didn't work, so I had to use a hotspot for the entire five days I was there. The TV does not stream and has barely one channel; the rest are static. The windows are paper-thin, and you can hear everything outside. You will regret staying here.

Quarto antigo, com o piso descascando, horrível. Não tem cofre no quarto. Não tem secador de cabelo, nem ferro no quarto, se quiser precisa pedir na recepção. No box do banheiro, o porta sabonete estava despencando. A tomada ao lado de uma das camas não funcionava .

Qual mal cuidado, janelas não fecharam adequadamente e som excessivo da avenida. Cortinas rasgadas e fechamento ruim. Internet não funcionou nenhum dia. Fui solicitar correção e não foi resolvido. Banheiro apertado, box ruim e chuveiro elétrico ruim. Não sugiro ficarem neste hotel.

O quarto é grande e tem um armário de ótimo tamanho. A televisão, na verdade, é um monitor pequeno. Há 2 bons espelhos no quarto, além um espelho grande também no banheiro. Colchões não muito bons. Dois travesseiros disponíveis apenas, ambos muito ruins e velhos. O ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente, ainda que, como explicarei melhor depois, mesmo sendo split, há passagem de som do motor para o interior do quarto, com uma certa intensidade. Os funcionários são muito educados e gentis. O café da manhã é muito bom. Agora, a lista de problemas. O quarto em que fiquei era muito barulhento, pois a janela não tem qualquer sistema de vedação; ela foi nitidamente adaptada ao local e ficaram espaços pelos quais é totalmente possível a passagem do som. Durante todo o tempo, inclusive à noite, o som do trânsito chega ao quarto, tornando o sono bem incômodo. É possível ver o vento passando pela janela, inclusive fazendo a cortina balançar. SIMPLESMENTE NÃO TEM INTERNET. Tive que rotear do meu celular o tempo todo. O chuveiro é outro problema. A água realmente sai bem quente, mas é um filete, não há pressão alguma. Uma pessoa com cabelo comprido terá muita dificuldade de lavá-lo adequadamente. Não há nenhum controle sobre o uso de cigarros. Por duas vezes, senti um cheiro muito forte de fumaça tanto no corredor quanto no quarto e nada foi feito. Por fim, foram 4 dias de hospedagem e não houve serviço de quarto em nenhum deles.

Minha experiência no hotel foi bem abaixo do esperado. O quarto estava sujo e com aspecto de malcuidado, o que já causa uma sensação de insegurança logo na chegada. Além disso, o sistema de ar-condicionado é extremamente limitado — não há controle remoto funcional para ajustar a temperatura, apenas um botão na parede que liga e desliga o aparelho. Outro ponto muito incômodo é a pia do banheiro: se deixar a torneira aberta por mais de um minuto, a água transborda. Também não há tomadas próximas à cama, o que é algo básico em qualquer hospedagem atualmente. Para completar, a televisão não oferece acesso a Netflix, Prime Video ou qualquer outro serviço de streaming — o que hoje em dia é padrão na maioria dos hotéis Além disso, o quarto não tem secador de cabelo. Os secadores ficam na recepção e são rotativos, cada um pode ficar até 2h e depois deve devolver. Enfim, o hotel deixa a desejar em conforto, manutenção e praticidade. Não voltaria a me hospedar

A TV é como se nem estivesse lá, porque além de muito pequena, canais limitados e imagem muito ruim. O banheiro tem um espaço ok, cobertor tive que pedir outro na recepção pq o que tinha disponível era muito pequeno para casal. O café da manhã era bem simples, bem distante do que mostra nas fotos, a cama tem um conforto médio, só é muito baixa. Um ponto positivo para quem precisar ficar por mais tempo é ter uma geladeira grande e até um fogão no quarto, mas no geral o hotel é bem antigo, não condiz com as imagens. Os funcionários são educados e flexíveis no checkin e os elevadores funcionam bem.
