Dois pontos baixos: café da manhã fraco em comparação a outros hoteis em que já me hospedei no Setor Hoteleiro com valor similar. Cadeira de banho do quarto acessivel do modelo mais xinfrim que existe. Pontos altos: Funcionários solícitos, por exemplo, providenciaram uma cadeira comum de área externa que atendeu melhor. Quarto amplo e confortável. Localização próxima a shoppings foi útil para alimentação, pois a viagem foi realizada para participar de evento no proprio hotel.

Hotel bom, bem localizado. Mas o café da manhã é muito fraco e não tem reposição das coisas que acabam, não importa o horário. Pouca variedade. No quarto, o banheiro não tem iluminação adequada e não tem nem local pra pendurar toalha de rosto.

O hotel é bom mas dois pequenos detalhes chamaram a atenção. O despreparo para lidar com um elevador inoperante e as escadas parcialmente bloqueadas. Não havia nenhuma orientação pela equipe sobre os elevadores que era apenas um funcionando e sempre lotado e até mesmo as escadas estavam ou ocupadas por colchões ou mal iluminadas o que dificultava seu acesso e utilização.

Hotel muito antigo, cama não era muito confortável, a mola ficou bem nas minhas contas incomodando bastante e me atrapalhou pra dormir. Apesar de o quarto estar limpo, fiquei com a impressão de que a roupa de cama não foi trocada para meu uso.. tinha mancha de maquiagem e pelo masculino, isso me incomodou bastante. Além disso, o café da manhã é servido só a partir das 7h, tinha horário para uma prova e vários outros hóspedes também, estávamos na porta do restaurante e não foram solicitos em adiantar nem 10 minutos, mesmo com tudo já pronto e arrumado.

Falta de manutenção é péssimo serviço!!!

Hotel totalmente decadente e mal cuidado…quartos com móveis quebrados e sem manutenção…a limpeza muito ruim… e o café da manhã muito fraco!!! Falta de gestão, apesar de ser um hotel muito antigo, mas poderiam se preocupar um pouco mais com a manutenção!!!!Jamais voltarei ou indicarei o alguém!!
