Sem queixas quanto às dependências comuns do hotel. O quarto, porém, apesar de amplo, muito limpo e contar com camas confortáveis, pode melhorar e ser modernizado. É que os móveis estão velhos (porta do guarda-roupas não fecha, cabeceira da cama possui algumas partes soltas, por exemplo), no banheiro o assento não é adequado para o vaso sanitário, está com luzes queimadas, tomadas e trincos quebrados.

É importante dizer que o quarto do flat é diferente do quarto de hotel. Fiquei no flat e não foi bom, pois tem cortinas rasgadas, banheiro com armário caindo e a limpeza do banheiro não estava boa. Microondas sem prato giratório. Não vale a pena.
