"The owner was great but I wish I could say the same for the property. The unit was a nightmare! This should not be rented at all! As an example, the kitchen was only a sink with no proper head room. Same condition for the bathroom wherte there was no room in front of the sink. We'd rented this for two nights, however the owner was understanding enough to cancel and refund the second night."

"The property is a combination of hotel, apartments and villas. Very nice amenities including pool and beach. Food and drink good but expensive. Bartender at grill was super cranky- took some talking a get a glass of ice several times. Also, I tried to get a cup of coffee one morning in the restaurant and she told me it would be $18 Euro - full breakfast or nothing. What?? We enjoyed the space in the villa and the views were nice. Mlini is a super cute little village - water taxi to Old...

The place was exactly what we hoped for and made our stay even more enjoyable. Our host was absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming, and helpful. "Pros: Nice view.. that is it Cons: As you enter, there are No signs for the apartments, there are multiple apartments in that parking lot so good luck. You have to call the owner and hope they pick up. No basic amenities, such as soap. No shampoo or body wash, no iron or ironing board, no house keeping (you have to take out your trash), no trash bin in the bathroom, no ventilation or windows in the bathroom so all the bathroom smell and shower steam stays in the room making it unpleasant (it was...

"What a gorgeous place to stay! Perfect location: v close to airport, easy walk down to the seafront.. our ten and seven year old were fine with the hill, little shop three mins away that is open till late even on a Sunday. Lovely view, pool, hot tub, tortoises (!), charming cat (!), sauna, coffee machine, nice seating by the pool.. just perfect. We were very lucky with the weather and how quiet it was last weekend of May. We found Dubrovnik a bit pricey and stressful, but Cavtat was very sweet,...

"The apartment was lovely and well appointed. Gorgeous view. The grounds however leave much to be desired. Broken glass, trash, cigarettes and crumbled cement. The listing said breakfast was included, but this was a stand-alone unit. There were no mention or instructions on the availability of breakfast at another location nor any vouchers provided. We asked for a refund for the breakfast and their response was that we should have asked. Obviously they felt no responsibility to...
