Clean and comfortable accommodations, in the lovely "old town" of Bratislava. Good restaurant on ground floor of hotel. All the staff were very friendly and super helpful too. We would definitely visit again!

Easy late check-in, via security on duty. Spotless room and bathroom, reasonably proced mini bar. Very pleasant staff members in reception, more than willing to help with train info for a trip to Vienna. Breakfast plentiful continental style, gets busy at weekemds. Would recommemd this place for facilities and location

Really good location, nice and quiet. When it says its in a shopping centre there are only about 4 shops on the ground floor so don't let that put you off

I loved my stay here while in Bratislava! This was the perfect little place for me as a solo traveler. I arrived a little early and they were able to check me. The room was very clean and comfortable. SO quiet. Perfect location to the Christmas Market and Old Town. Also so easy to get to Metro with the passage way right there in the building. Will definitely stay again when I return :)

The hotel is entirely modernized. The rooms are top-notch. It’s in the Old Town but just at the edge so it does not have the noise and crowds. Taxi drops you off right at the edge so it takes just takes 4 mins to walk to the hotel in the pedestrian-only Old Town.

We only stayed for one night, to celebrate New Years Eve in Bratsilava. The location was amazing - it was in the center of the city so almost everything was in walking distance. The staff was very polite. The room was clean and tidy. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel.

This hotel is right where you need to be. Easy walking to everything. The room is large and attractive and clean. There are large closets and dressers. There was even a good size fridge. So convenient.

Old town location second to none

Loved the location walkable to everywhere The security for the building was second to none and the people at reception desk very helpful . Even called me a taxi to main train station as I was a little nervous about the pickup point since hotel on non car zone . No problem there . Room comfortable no noise . Would stay here again

Location of hotel was very good,close to Christmas markets and walking distance to places of interest and to a great selection of restaurants .Gluten free breakfast was catered as requested. There were no English channels except for pop music. Should have at least English News Channel.

Staff friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet, with mini fridge, very nice bed for a good night sleep. Great location, very close to the main spots of Bratislava. The city has a variety of really nice restaurants and coffee shops. The food was very tasty!

We plan to come back

At first, we thought this hotel was in a strange location--in a shopping mall--but it turned out to be very convenient. The staff was very helpful. The room was nicely furnished, very quiet, and it had a spectacular bathroom.

Disappointment

Hotel has 4* but really i dont know how its possible. Its inside a small shopping mall (they will keep saying its a passage to sound better), gym is not located inside the hotel, its on the other side of the street in different passage... breakfast... for 150eur its a joke how poor the choice is. I had better breakfast in some hostels.

A Great Disappointment

What a horrible experience! When you arrive in the evening, there is no reception but just before you receive a message that the key has to be fetched "from the guy down at the entrance" - trying to guess who that is and where to find this person is not a great way to start your first night in Bratislava. The rooms look nice but there is no coffee provided, only tea. The only pillow available was the size of my suitcase so had to take the pillow out and fill the pillowcase with my t-shirts etc. There was no shampoo, only shower gel which left the hair ugly greasy. There were no English TV channels available, only German and locals. The view from was the room was directly at the ventilation machine. The breakfast did not have ANY warm food, the selection was like at a hostel - if even that. All in all I got the feeling that all the money was spent on renovating the rooms and now nothing is being spent on the visitors. And one additional comment; the taxis are not allowed to drive to the hotel so be prepared to walk with the luggage - in my case some 300 meters.
