"The hotel in general was very good. Just personally, we had a few issues
Our main issue is that the hotel. It's so big with long hallways and lots of steps, considering we have a child in a Pram and lots of luggage it was so exhausting to carry everything from the car park to walk across to the hotel. And then find your room.
Its hell of a long walk with steps.
When we arrived, they gave us a room on the top floor with loads of steps, and the windows barely opened. So we complained and changed...

"New construction wall to wall carpet in halls and rooms. Business hotel on edge of Nuneaton and next to Bermuda industrial estate. Good service and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. One elevator for the 4 story building.
No air conditioning so we were given a portable fan which was adequate for early May weather. Window only opens 4 inches for fresh air! Comfortable beds and mainly quiet except for distant tire noise from highway a few hundred yards away ."

"My 3rd stay here the showers are good the hotel is clean I stayed in room 1 the bed wasn’t as comfortable as the last 2 times and they’ve changed policy check out is now 10 am so for that reason I probably won’t return it’s good for what you pay but 10 am is just. A little too early for me"
