"Staff are incredible at this hotel, very friendly and helpful. But the carpets, bathroom and toilets are not kept to a good standard."

"The room was okay, it had a bad smell (I think it was the carpet) but we got used to it. There was only bath towels, no hand towels. The view was amazing. The restaurant downstairs was amazing. We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel, and more in the surrounding area, so that smell did not take the score down too low :)"

"Hotel accogliente e comodo per il centro, nonostante non sia vicinissimo (Bus E1 ed E2). Zona residenziale molto tranquilla. Personale gentile e per il compleanno del mio fidanzato avevo chiesto semplicemente un messaggio di auguri su tv o carta e invece loro hanno preparato un piatto con una tortina al centro e la scritta di auguri di cioccolato. Grazie!"

"After a very disappointing experience at another hotel, where we left early after a horrible night, arriving here was a huge relief. A special thank you to the incredibly friendly and helpful lady at the reception (unfortunately, I missed your name). I had accidentally booked a single room instead of one for two adults and one child, and she handled my mistake in such a calm, kind, and uncomplicated way that a potentially stressful situation became completely easy. That level of service really...

"Need an urgent restoration of rooms (Mainly at bathroom ). But staff it’s so nice and friendly people like almost all Irish . Breakfast and bar are so good ."

"We had a good stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was very comfortable. Unfortunately the pans in the kitchen were very damaged, so we opted not to use them. A shame since we booked an apartment to be able to cook. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t a very big issue."

"Extremely unsupportive mattresses in the pull out beds. Unless you like feeling as though you’re sleeping on the floor, best to pass on the lack of back support."

"Staff and location were both good, and the sheets were clean but the whole building otherwise feels grimy. The TV remote was caked in dirt, the bowl holding the teabags etc. was disgusting and getting in and out of the shower was a task - if you're on the chubbier side, be prepared to have to squeeze yourself in and out (not very safe when you and the floor are wet). If all you need is a cheaper base to explore it's fine, if you want a nice hotel stay then avoid."
