"Great hotel. Nice beach access. My only complaint is the lack of vegetarian options in the restaurant aside from salad, food can get repetitive that way. Amazing desserts, though. I was very please by having the Luck company representative on site. They organized my transfers and local tours."

"Eu já fui no Enotel em outro momento, a estrutura continua boa, porém o que deixou a desejar foi a alimentação muito resumida e repetitiva, refeições muito básicas. O hotel gigante com pouca sinalização e baixo quadro de funcionários trabalhando para o porte do hotel. Acho que deveriam colocar um ponto de apoio para as toalhas de banho utilizadas na piscina, não achei acessível. Tive muita dificuldade de encontrar talher, pratos tinha por todo lado dos restaurantes, mas talher não."

"We had a wonderful stay at Carmel Cumbuco Resort and would highly recommend it. The resort itself is beautiful, with spacious and well-appointed rooms — the only minor suggestion we would make is to add a chair to the room, which would make it even more comfortable. The real highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional service from the staff.
