"The rooms on the 4th floor (side that have balconies) there is a building attached with a roof & hvac units blocking the view. We had one of these rooms and it was disappointing. To make matters worse, there were people working on the roof in the morning so we had no privacy to enjoy morning coffee. We asked to move rooms when we saw the room but they said they could not due to maintenance being done on other floors. The hotel room inside was nice and bed was comfortable. Just disappointed to pay for a room that would have a balcony that can’t be enjoyed."

"It was as great! Front desk employees were helpful & nice. We used the van to drive us to town & planned on tipping on the return trip. The driver had added 3 please tips jars on the way back . He didn’t say a word to us. Tips are a two way street - the nicer & informative you are the better the tip just fyi . The room & view was perfect!!"

"Beautiful condo, clean, comfy, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, plenty of towels, toiletries and cleaning and trash supplies in kitchen. Bed was super comfy, warm and roomy shower/tub. Many hot tubs outside which nice! Amazing views, quietness and above all why I keep coming back is the amazing staff! Melinda is superb at mamaging, very professional and kind, and I can’t thank you enough for the dear note in our room and making it such a nice stay!"

"One semi-negative thing, paper thin walls and interconnecting rooms. We had a large group next to us, they were just having a casual conversation but we could hear every word. Luckily the hotel was nearly empty and they moved us easily. Otherwise, great location, super nice staff, all amenities, very clean although an older property."
