"Exceeded my expectations, as most chains of this nature leave a lot to be desired.
The only complaint was the shuttle service to the airport. We were advised that it ran 24 hours. Then told it would be an Uber service that the hotel would book and pay for. Then we were advised that we had to cover the cost. You definitely need to get this fixed, as it clearly stated that there is free shuttle service from/to the airport."

"The room wasn’t refreshed the first night, the bathroom door wouldn’t close completely and the iron and iron board needs replacing. Other than those minor issues everything was fine. I wasn’t happy that there wasn’t a microwave in the room or on the floor. You have to go down to the breakfast area to use the one microwave."

"The property is under construction and I think for the sake of transparency it should be on the website, they front desk staff (Josh) was really nice and when anything was needed they got it and brought it up to our room. They did have buffet breakfast but we didn’t eat there due to construction… The facility was clean when you enter the establishment but the hallways where the rooms are were under construction so plastic on the grounds and work equipment in other places… the people that stayed...

"Weekend staff are not helpful. The toilet was dirty, and the refrigerator was unplugged and loud. Weekend staff provide little concern and no help. I had to clean the toilet myself, and it was extremely dirty. Soaked the toilet 3 times, and black ooze kept leaking out."

"Beautiful property. Room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the smell of the carpet throughout the common areas. I understand frequently traveled areas are difficult to maintain, but the carpet in the hallways and common areas smelled old and musty. But I would stay here again if in the area."

"We recently enjoyed a 3 day stay at the doubletree. The staff were all helpful.and friendly, and the, suite was very nicely renovated. Bed was comfy and bathroom was well stocked, with nice products and good water pressure. we liked having a fridge and microwave. Rooms were quiet with good sound insulation. Breakfast was solid but fairly basic, and it took some time to get beverages. the gym was adequate but !imited due to work being done in the usual workout room.
overall it...
