"We checked in very late and the desk clerk was extremely accomodating and helpful. Even though we hadn't made prior arrangements for an airport shuttle the next mornig, he was able to find a shuttle for us."

"This is a very small boutique hotel with limited facilities. The reception area is quite small with no real seating space, and the lift is small and slow. The rooms are compact and somewhat dark, although they do provide the basic necessities, including a fridge. The shower was good, but housekeeping could be improved. The TV did not work during my stay and its placement in the room was not very convenient. Breakfast is very basic with limited choice, so those looking for a wider selection may...

"5 Stars for the Spa and Elisabetta who is always always the best and never disappoints. However we had a very bumpy check in unfortunately this time. No special treatment for Expedia Platinum Members. Loud music in room but thankfully was dealt with after being shown two different rooms that were not up to standard (one with a very dirty wall and the other with a horrible dirty view.) Will be returning in the Fall and hope that we have a better stay then. We have always had great experiences and...

"Excellent hotel in excellent location in quiet neghborhood but with a lot of good inexpensive restaurants (compare to U.S,). What is important close to small canals so you carry luggage from water taxi less than 100 meters, as there are no cars in Venice. Good breakfast, there is a small food supermarket selling food, water, wines on the same square as hotel less than 100m. Rialto Bridge 10 min walk, St Mark square 15 min walk."
