The hotel itself feels modern and comfortable—rooms are spacious, quiet (despite being right near the airport), and well-equipped. Location is super convenient, just a short walk to the domestic terminal. "Great after hours checkin system - painless! Room very comfortable, clean and convenient to the airport. Instructions very easy to follow. No face to face contact but friendly phone manner. I would mark down for not having a ramp to get to the lift from reception as it is one step down. Otherwise would stay here again. "

"Staff were wonderful! Pub is great! Room is clean and livable, but for the life of me i cannot figure out where the mosquitos are getting in. All widows were closed, and we had 30+ mosquitos in our room (and some cute baby geckos). While i understand its queensland and these things happen, they just keep coming! We had room 3. Besides the mossies and the baby gecko guests we had a great stay. "

"It is a very nice budget hotel conveniently located if your flight is in early morning. Good location close to train and bus. The room was sparkly clean as well as the bathroom. The breakfast delicious. The staff was very helpful and very friendly."

"The boom gate on the car park was not working when we arrived but was repaired by the time we left. One of the two lifts was not working for all of our stay. Our bathroom sink plug was stuck but one of the staff managed to dislodge it. "

"We had a very pleasant stay. Concierge David was amazing and very helpful. The location is very central and convenient. Parking options nearby are limited, but valet parking was very convenient. The shower head kept falling down, which was a bit inconvenient, but the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We especially loved the pool and the wet deck. We would definitely stay here again. :)"
