"Room was spacious, clean, but the fridge didn’t work. I didn’t use it, and I forgot to let the front desk know it wasn’t working so that it could be fixed. Other than that it was great. Front desk employees were super nice!"

"We blew in at around 9:30 pm during the January Freeze. Gabe welcomed us with humor and warmth. He pointed us to the coffee and hot chocolate; and advised that the front desk was fully staffed 24/7! He was very helpful even lending assistance with a problem we had with our room and arranged for a later than usual check-out although that never happened... Room was like a little suite. Full sized fridge, real dishes, glasses, and silverware. Dishwasher to run after use. Though it seemed clean overall; there was some crumbs and dirt all around the AC unit near the window! We ended up staying 2 nights due to the road conditions. Visha (?) very helpful and kind; let us keep same room. Breakfast was good; coffee fresh and plentiful. Seemingly good options for breakfast. Not upscale; but decent enough for the locale. The staff warrant giving it a four star!"
