"Great breakfast and the evening Kickback was great also. Pool and hot tub were nice. Everything was very clean and the staff were wonderful. Will definitely be back!"

"Pros and Cons: Had to pay $10 to park in a non-secured lot, although we checked in on time, we were told only a very limited number of rooms were available, room was clean with nice amenities, we were told could only come in and out the main front door, ice makers do not work on all the floors, overall fine stay-easy to find."

"The facility charges for everything. Including water and parking, even though there is plenty of parking space outside in their open parking lot. They do not provide complimentary water upon you checking in. The staff are demonstrating behavior like those running a night shift at a remote gas station. Their breakfast options are horrible."

"We stayed here for the rooftop bar after our concert and when we got back there was a hand written note on the elevators saying it was closed and none of the staff working could tell us why."

"Clean rooms . The staff was very helpful and very friendly. He took the time to tell us about the breakfast and the bus to the airport."

"The only downside I would say would be the espresso machine in the hotel room instead of an actual coffee machine, and the park beside the hotel has a bit of possibly a drug/homelessness problem. Oftentimes we did not feel comfortable walking near it or outside but the abundance of staff around made it better."

"Ok this definitely is a 2 1/2 star property lol butttttt I had a 12 hour layover and needed a budget friendly place to sleep. They had a managers reception from 6-7pm I was able to partake in and had wine. Oh airport shuttle is FREEEEE! I had to get on the shuttle at 5am before breakfast opened at 6 or 630. But to my pleasant surprise they said cold items were available for me to enjoy!!!! I was completely happy I stayed here!!!!!"

"Hard to get into after hours. Bath door would not close tightly. Shower floor was soft & spongy in some areas. Was shocked to find out about $15.00 parking charge per day!!"

"This hotel was in the perfect location across the street from the gateway arch and a few blocks from Busch stadium. The parking garage and hotel were secure. The hotel staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast and dinner were a plus as well as complimentary cocktails. The hotel pool was nice and we enjoyed the sunset from the outdoor patio and arch view."
