"My flight was cancelled when I called the front desk they didn’t have any rooms available so I went on Expedia and booked one. The front desk made it difficult for me to find the shuttle bus to the hotel but the driver found me as I was booking an Uber. After getting to the hotel my experience was wonderful! "Do not stay here. Housekeeping entered my room without authorization while I was actively checked in. My personal items (including my contact lenses and travel gear) were taken from the room, and the shower curtain was missing. The staff lied about entering the room until I pointed out the proof. The manager promised at checkout to reimburse me for the missing items but is now completely ghosting my messages. Insecure rooms and completely untrustworthy management."

"So the good. We Checked in on Tuesday. The room was very clean. The amenities were all good. The hotel had airport shuttle, very helpful.
The bad. We stayed 3 nights and the maids never touched our room. We had to exchange our own towels at the front desk. We had to leave our trash in the hallway. I have never stayed in a hotel where maid service wasn't performed everyday."
