The room was at 75° when we got there and never got below 72° even at night even when we opened the window. The shower water pressure was really weak. And our room light turned on by itself multiple times while we were in the room."

"Advertise that parking is included. Get there and the you get there and it’s first come, first serve. Had to park on street and leave my 7 am. Totally ripped up chair cover. Got there, key did not work twice. Finally got in and room had not been cleaned. Had to switch rooms."

"Nice clean room with good lighting. I never order room service but had a super busy day and knew it would be a long time before I could eat, so I odered breakfast and it was delivered quickly, hot and very tasty."

"As I open the door to my room, I am blown away by the strongest blast of weed smell. As if 5 people had just lit up in the room less than 5 minutes ago. I opened the window and then looked in the bathroom and saw so much tub scum that was black over the whole tub. That was it. I had to find a new hotel and as soon as I could book a new hotel, I walked out of the room and left the hotel. I wasn't expecting the Ritz but I shouldn't have to enter a party zone weed den with black tub scum."
