"Great experience. Not sure what the shuttle was for a we could never use it..."
"Lovely clean spacious room. Hotel were able to assist with my requests. Brilliant location about 30 min walk from centre of town. Only thing missing was bottled water in the fridge! Would love to visit again in the summer as the decking and green location would be ideal! Thank you for a great night!"
"The property was perfectly fine and in a great location just outside of the train station and close to a taxi stand and public transportation hub. Check-in and out were quick and painless, and they held my luggage for me on the last day. The convenience store in the lobby was a nice touch, and though I didn't eat at the restaurant other colleagues at the event said it was pretty good. The room was enormous and the armchair and reading lamp were a great touch as was the big, full-sized wall...

Crowne Plaza Utrecht - Central Station by IHG"I enjoyed my stay"

The only thing that is extremely almost strange is the wellness room with a built-in sauna and large soaking tub in the center of the bedroom not sure what...
"The shuttle was easy to find and prompt. An excellent hotel for a relatively quick overnight in Amsterdam if you'd like to be near the airport. We loved learning that it's owned by the 5th generation of a local family. They clearly take pride in what they do."

OZO Hotels Arena Amsterdam
OZO Hotels Arena Amsterdam"The hotel room itself was nice and had a pleasant feel to it. However, cleanliness let it down in a few areas. There was mould in the shower, hair and dirt around the bin, and small hairs on the bed. The hallway, on the other hand, was a completely different story. It looks very dated and tired, with carpets covered in dark stains and bleach marks. The walls are in need of fresh paint, and the skirting boards definitely need some attention. Overall, it felt like two completely different...
