"We stayed for nine nights while attending the USSSA Firecracker World Series. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and everything looks new, but the overall experience did not match a luxury property at this price. The community is not gated and has no controlled access or security. There is also no elevator, which made carrying all our luggage and belongings upstairs for a family of four very inconvenient. "A nice place. The beds were comfortable. The welcome pack was nice (coffee, dish soap, laundry soap, snacks, in separate packs). The negatives are that there are people randomly knocking at our door, a few stranger characters and the housekeeper showed up 40 mins before checkout saying she was there to clean the room. My wife told her we will be leaving at 11AM (checkout time) and she rolled her eyes."

"Cute place. One stain on the couch they should probably try to remove but otherwise nice, clean, and good A/C. Easy walk to the beach even if it is hot out. Loved the binder telling you where to go and all the details. The beach chairs in the shed are a very nice touch. I would have liked more clarity on where to park or if it matters to anyone. The app that takes your driver license was clunky and wouldn't let me take a Pic to upload. Instead you have to take and save a pic then upload that...

"Lovebugs were flying around inside the bedroom until we bought some Raid and killed them. We didn't sleep in the bed because they were flying around and a few were in the bed (I removed the bugs from the bed) and that just gave us the heebie jeebies. We slept on the futons in the living room. I didn't take pictures of the bathtub because I was in the tub when I saw the soap scum on the shower shelving and the hair on the wall. Some of the towels should be replaced. Some are worn with bleach...

"The manager was kind and helpful to us. I don’t like to be a complainer but when we arrived the bedding was unchanged and the cover was visibly soiled as though a dog or something had been rolling on it with dirt. The manager quickly changed the bedding. The outdoor spaces were misrepresented. The pictures must have been old because these spaces were in disrepair and untended. Two stars seems more fitting but the label for that was “terrible.” It wasn’t “terrible.” It was disappointing. ...

"The unit was very cozy and comfortable. Very simple to work in the kitchen and all the utensils and equipment were working excellent. The location of the house was amazingly closed to the beach and the restaurants and other stores necessary to supply for our stay for the few days. And definitely having the chance to take our pet with us, was very nice and appreciated."
